What is Ready Steady Dance?

Ready Steady DANCE involves a full body warm up, core exercises, technique work using arms, legs and core. We then finish off with a fun, energetic dance routine and a cool down stretch. The routine changes every couple of weeks and covers lots of different styles; tango, jive, 80’s, hip hop, street style, musical theatre, jazz… to name but a few!

Classes are for any ability and open to anyone over the age of 16. It doesn’t matter if you have two left feet or have never danced before; hopefully after a few lessons you will learn how to dance and, most importantly, have lots of fun!

Classes are based all over the Island and combine dance with fitness. Ready Steady DANCE is the perfect way to meet people, have a laugh, improve your fitness and feel confident!
